EUREKA, Ill. – The Eureka College football team will visit #4/#5 Wisconsin-Whitewater in the first round of the NCAA Division III playoffs on Saturday, Nov. 17. Kickoff at Perkins Stadium in Whitewater, Wisconsin is scheduled for noon CST.

Eureka went 9-1 overall and 6-1 in the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference to win the league title and secure the conference's automatic bid to the NCAA Division III playoffs. The Red Devils will be making their second consecutive NCAA postseason appearance.

Wisconsin-Whitewater has been a longtime fixture in the Division III postseason, having made 14 playoffs appearances since 1988. UWW is a six-time national champion, having won the title in 2007, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2013 and 2014. The Warhawks, who are 48-8 all-time in the NCAA postseason, are returning to the playoffs after missing the field last season.

The Warhawks are ranked fourth nationally by the American Football Coaches Association and fifth by D3football.com in the most recent national Top 25 polls.
