Deutscher, a senior utility player, hit .500 (7-of-14) during a 4-0 week for Benedictine that included sweeps of NACC Tournament qualifiers Marian and Concordia Chicago. She scored seven runs, doubled twice, drove home three and was a perfect 4-for-4 in stolen base attempts. Deutscher scored a run in every game and was 3-for-4 with two doubles, three runs scored, an RBI and a steal in the opener with Concordia Chicago.
