Knight, a junior, was named the Track Athlete of the Meet at the 2025 NACC Outdoor Track and Field Championships after contributing to three event wins and a runner-up finish. Individually, Knight won the 200-meter dash with a time of 21.57 and took second in the 100 with a time of 10.77 seconds. He also anchored the Cougars to victory in both the 4x100 (42.08) and 4x400 (3:22.87) relays.
