Ahrens, a junior, helped the Falcons win the team title at the Wisconsin Private College Championships on Oct. 18. She won the individual title as well in 22:12.1, finishing 1:36 ahead of the field. Ahrens' time also broke the 6K course record at the CUW Championship Course.
