Thiry, a senior forwrard, averaged 20.6 points and 8.3 rebounds per game through three games last week. In a 66-63 loss to Carthage Dec. 16, she scored 17 points and recorded six rebounds, one assist and one steal. In a 59-49 win over Whitworth Dec. 21 in Hawaii, Thiry scored a season- and career-high 28 points with eight rebounds, four assists and two steals. Rounding out the week in a loss to McMurray on Dec. 22, she fell one assist of a triple-double with 18 points, 11 rebounds, nine assists, and a steal.
