Alderman, a senior, won the shot put at the Windy City Rumble with a throw of 13.81 meters (45-3 3/4)  - just one centimeter off her personal best. The effort currently ranks seventh on the NCAA Division III performance list. She also added a second-place finish in the weight throw (15.97m; 52-4 3/4).
