Springer, a junior, shared Men's Track Athlete of the Meet honors at the 2026 NACC Indoor Track and Field Championships after winning the 800-meter and mile runs. He won the mile run in 4:19.21, and broke his own championship record in the 800-meter run with a time of 1:53.28. Springer broke the record of 1:56.19 he set a year ago.
