Heiges, a junior running back, ran for a career-high 181 yards on 29 carries, averaging 6.2 yards per carry while leading the Warriors to a 37-14 season-opening win at St. Scholastica. He recorded his seventh game with two rushing scores, scoring on two 1-yard plunges - one on the final play of the first half, the second late in the fourth quarter. The victory marked Wisconsin Lutheran's first season-opening win since 2015.
