Allen, a junior, set a Benedictine school record in the shot put with a mark of 12.91 meters (42-4 1/4) at the Illinois Wesleyan First Chance Invitational. She finished second in the event. The mark ranks second in the NACC and is tied for 11th in NCAA Division III at this early stage of the season.
