Ehrhart, a senior, was named NACC Track Athlete of the Meet at the 2023 NACC Indoor Track and Field Championships. She won both the 800-meter (2:25.08) and mile (5:08.83) runs and placed fourth in the 3,000 (10:53.34), while also anchoring the Eagles to a victory in the distance medley relay (12:58.83). 

She missed the championship record in the mile by just .18 seconds.
