Followell, a senior right-handed pitcher, went 3-0 last week with a pair of complete games and 22 strikeouts. She allowed just two earned runs over 17 innings of work in the circle. Followell struckout 10 in a complete-game effort in game one of the April 10 doubleheader against Rockford, then came back to strike out a pair in three innings of relief in the nightcap. She also struck out 10 in another complete-game effort against Dominican on April 14.
