Armstrong, a graduate student, was named Track Athlete of the Meet at last weekend's NACC Outdoor Track and Field Championships. She won both the 200- and 400-meter dashes and anchored the Cougars' winning 4x400 relay. Armstrong won the 200 in 24.65 seconds and the 400 in 56.05 - both in facility-record times. In the relay, the quartet of Eve Shelton, Daisia Wilson, Simone Wilson, and Armstrong stopped the clock in 4:03.04 - four seconds clear of of the field.
