Thomson, a junior, had a solid weekend for St. Norbert. Thomson finished tied for 32nd in a field of over 200 golfers at the Midwest Region Classic on Friday and Saturday, carding rounds of 78 and 72 for a total of 150. He also posted an eagle on the sixth hole of his second round. Thomson then fired a 1-under-par 71 to finish tied for first Sunday at the St. Norbert Invitational at Green Bay Country Club.
