Beggs, a sophomore, finished fifth overall at the Midwest Region Classic, shooting a two-round total of 154 (76-78) while leading Aurora to a sixth-place finish in the 33-team field. She finished fifth out of 194 golfers and was the top NACC finisher beating the rest of the NACC golfers - not counting AU teammates - by eight strokes.
