Thiry, a sophomore forward, helped St. Norbert to a pair of wins this past weekend at its Nicolet National Bank Tip-Off Tournament and was named the tournament's MVP at its conclusion. Thiry scored 24 points and grabbed 11 rebounds in 26 minutes in Saturday's 79-65 win over Olivet. She had scored nine points with four boards in an abbreviated outing of 14 minutes in Friday's 74-27 win over Northland. Thiry also posted three assists, three steals, and a blocked shot in the two games.
