Calabuig-Patino, a freshman, finished the weekend 3-1 overall as the Raiders split matches with Carroll (L, 5-4) and Lawrence (W, 8-1). Against Carroll, he paired with Andres Saavedra for an 8-6 win at No. 2 doubles, then lost in a match tiebreaker (4-6, 6-4, 1-0 [3]) at No. 2 singles. In the win over Lawrence, Calabuig-Patino and Saavedra posted an 8-0 shutout at No. 2 doubles, which Calabuig-Patino followed up with a commanding 6-1, 6-0 win over Dylan Delgado at No. 2 singles.
