Pozezinski, a junior shortstop, hit .667 (10-of-15) in four games last weekend as the Falcons opened 3-1 overall. She recorded at least one hit and one run scored in each game. Pozezinski had three hits, including a pair of home runs, with three RBIs and three runs scored in CUW's season-opening win over Lawrence. She added a double and a run scored in the second game of the doubleheader. In the first game of a doubleheader against UW-La Crosse, she was 5-for-5 with a double, three RBIs, and a pair of runs scored. She came back to hit a home run and drive home a pair in the night cap against the Eagles.
