King, a sophomore infielder, hit safely in all six games for Aurora last week as the Spartans swept doubleheaders from Wheaton (Ill.) and Elmhurst and split a twin-bill with Franklin. She hit .545 (12-of-22) with three doubles, seven runs batted in, and four runs scored. King's best game came in the win at Franklin where she went 4-for-5 with a double and three runs batted in. She also went 5-of-6 with two RBIs, a double, and a run scored in the doubleheader sweep of Elmhurst.
