In St. Norbert College's first tournament of the fall, Thomson placed third overall at the Culver's Edgewood College Fall Invite and was the NACC's top placer at the event. Shooting an overall score of even-par 142 and being one stroke away from a three-way tie for first place, Thomson had a team best 70 in the first round, following it up with a 72 in the second round.
