Shetty, a junior, finished ninth overall and sixth among attached runners at the Wheaton (Ill.) Gil Dodds Invitational. Coming off injury, he completed the 8K course in 25:49.40 to rank as the top-finishing NACC runner in the field of 299. Shetty, a 2023 national qualifier, was just .30 off his season-best time.
