Carter, a junior guard/forward, posted game-highs with 24 points and 10 rebounds and had the assist on Dario Biaggi's game-winning layup as time expired in the Scarlet Hawks' 63-62 upset victory over sixth-ranked and previously unbeaten Wisconsin Lutheran. It was the Hawks' second-consecutive conference victory. Carter was 7-of-15 (47 percent) from the field, including 2-of-3 from 3-point range, and was a perfect 8-of-8 at the free-throw line while adding three steals and a pair of assists.
