Pichler, a freshman opposite, averaged 4.29 kills per set last week for the Warriors, who split a pair of conference matches with Edgewood (L, 3-1) and Lakeland (W, 3-0). He had a match-high 15 kills against the Eagles Feb. 27, then recorded his fifth double-double of the season on March 1 against the Muskies with match-highs of 15 kills and 12 digs. Pichler, who hit .247 last week, has posted double-digit kills in all 14 of WLC's matches this season.
