Ames, a sophomore centerfielder, hit .636 (14-of-22) with 10 RBIs and two stolen bases in seven games for the Falcons in Arizona. He went 5-for-5 with six RBIs against Linfield, crossing the plate as the game-winning run in an 11-10 walk-off victory over the Wildcats. Ames became the first Falcon to have five hits in a game since Danny Hahn in 2022.
