Alderman, a junior, finished second in the shot put (13.46 meters; 44-2) and fourth in the weight throw (16.41m; 53-10 1/4) at the Ripon Final Qualifier. It was Alderman's second-best throw of the season in the shot put, an event where she qualified for this weekend's NCAA meet with the 13th-best mark.
