In a spring break lineup jumbled due to injury, Klement posted a 2-2 record in singles play and a 3-1 mark in doubles. He posted singles victories over Anderson's Luis Guerrero (6-3, 7-5) and Wentworth's Eric Doraci (6-0, 6-0) and was competitive in losses to Rose-Hulman (4-6, 3-6) and Trine (4-6, 6-2, 0-1 [8]). In doubles, Klement paired with Landon Sather for victories over Anderson (6-1) and Wentworth (6-0) at the No. 2 spot and with Ben Vorpahl for a 7-6 win against Trine at No. 3. His only loss came at the No. 1 spot with Sather against Rose-Hulman (6-1).
