Goehring, a first-year midfielder, scored nine goals to lead Lawrence to the first win in program history - a 24-8 victory at Northland on March 9. Goehring scored his first three goals in the final 3:13 of the first quarter and then added four more in the second quarter for a total of seven in the opening half. He tacked on two more in the second half to finish with nine goals on 11 shots on goal.
