MSOE Men, St. Norbert Women Capture 2024-2025 NACC All-Sports Awards

MILWAUKEE, Wis. (naccsports.org) --- Milwaukee School of Engineering and St. Norbert College have been named the recipients of the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) All-Sports Awards for the 2024-25 academic year. The awards are indicative of a program's overall excellence across all league sports.

MSOE captured the men's award for the second time (2013-14), while St. Norbert earned their second women's award in four seasons (2021-22).

The women's standings use a 17-point base, while the men's standings utilize a 16-point base. Both systems award points for a program's regular-season league finish as well as any advancement during a NACC Tournament.


2024-25 NACC All-Sports Awards Standings


Women
St. Norbert compiled a 13.167 index over their nine sports. The Green Knights captured three NACC titles (basketball [tie], indoor track and field, and outdoor track and field) during 2024-25, while also recording top-five finishes in tennis (second), volleyball (tie-second), cross country (third), golf (third), and soccer (fifth).

Concordia University Wisconsin (12.533) edged Aurora University (12.167) for second place. The Falcons won the cross country title and shared the softball crown while taking second in soccer [tie], volleyball [tie], and outdoor track and field, third in basketball and indoor track and field, fourth in tennis [tie], and sixth in lacrosse [tie] and golf. CUW also won the 2025 softball tournament title.

The Spartans won the 2024 golf crown, while placing second in volleyball [tie], lacrosse, cross country and indoor track and field, third in outdoor track and field, and fourth in basketball.

Milwaukee School of Engineering (10.850) is fourth after placing second in soccer [tie] and tennis, fourth in cross country, golf, lacrosse [tie], indoor track and field, outdoor track and field, and fifth in baskeball [tie] and softball [tie].

Edgewood College (9.400) edged Illinois Institute of Technology (9.167) for fifth place. The Eagles won regular-season and tournament titles in both tennis and volleyball and placed third in lacrosse. Illinois Tech swept the regular-season and tournament titles in soccer, tied for fourth in tennis, placed fifth in both indoor and outdoor track and field, and was sixth in cross country. 

Wisconsin Lutheran College (8.648) rounded out the top seven just ahead of Concordia University Chicago (7.125), and Dominican University (7.071). Wisconsin Lutheran shared the basketball regular-season title and won the basketball tournament crown, while Dominican shared the softball title.

Benedictine University (6.125), Marian University (5.833), Lakeland University (5.286), Rockford University (3.083), and Alverno College (2.500) round out the list.

Men
MSOE (13.400) edged two-time defending champion Aurora (13.250) for the top spot. The Raiders did not post a regular-season finish lower than fourth across their 10 NACC men's sports. In addition to three NACC titles (baseball, cross country, tennis) and tournament titles in baseball and soccer, MSOE also finished second in indoor and outdoor track and field, volleyball [tie], third in basketball, lacrosse [tie] and soccer [tie], and fourth in golf.

The Spartans won four NACC titles (football, golf, lacrosse, and volleyball) and won tournament titles in lacrosse and volleyball. Aurora also tied for second in baseball and placed third in cross country, indoor and outdoor track and field, and soccer [tie].

St. Norbert (11.050) finished third, winning titles in indoor and outdoor track and field, placing second in basketball, football, and golf, and fourth in tennis. The Green Knights also won the basketball tournament crown. Wisconsin Lutheran (9.000) edged Concordia Wisconsin (8.773) for fourth place. The Warriors won the basketball title, while placing second in cross country and third in both football and golf. The Falcons took third in lacrosse and tennis, and fourth in basketball, cross country, football, indoor track and field, and outdoor track and field.

Benedictine (7.100) took sixth ahead of Illinois Tech (6.889). The Eagles posted top finishes of second [tie] in volleyball and fourth in baseball. The Scarlet Hawks finished second in the tennis regular-season race, then went on to win the NACC Men's Tennis Tournament. 

NACC soccer regular-season champion Edgewood (6.100) was eighth, followed by Concorida Chicago (6.056), Dominican (5.563), Rockford (5.167), Marian (4.375), and Lakeland (4.313).
