NACC Football Weekly Honors to BenU's Martin, Rockford's Hill, and St. Norbert's Feeney and Levake

MILWAUKEE, Wis. (naccsports.org) --- Benedictine University senior Marcus Martin (Los Angeles, Calif.), Rockford University junior Matthew Hill (Columbus, Ga.), and St. Norbert College junior Jim Feeney (Coal City, Ill.) and senior Mason Levake (Lake Mills, Wis.) have been named Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) Football Student-Athletes of the Week for the week of Oct. 19-25, 2026, as selected by the league's athletics communications professionals.

Co-Defense --- Jim Feeney, Jr., DB, St. Norbert College
Feeney, a junior defensive back, provided the game-changing pick-six late in St. Norbert's 10-3 victory over Aurora. Tied 3-3 in the final minute of regulation, Feeney intercepted a pass at midfield and returned it 50 yards for the game-winning score. He also had seven tackles, including five solo stops.

Co-Defense --- Matthew Hill, Jr., LB, Rockford University
HIll, a junior linebacker, put on a dominant defensively display in Rockford's 13-7 overtime loss at Wisconsin Lutheran. He terrorized the Warrior backfield with nine solo tackles, including six tackles for loss and five sacks. The six tackles for loss resulted in a net loss of 37 yards for WLC. The five sacks establish a new Rockford single-game record and fell one-half sack short of matching the NACC record. Hill also had two forced fumbles, including a strip sack that resulted in Rockford's only touchdown to force overtime.

Offense --- Marcus Martin, Sr., QB, Benedictine University
Martin, a senior quarterback, completed 18 of 28 passes for 292 yards and four touchdowns in Benedictine's 40-20 victory at Concordia Chicago. He opened the game with a 35-yard touchdown pass to Izeyah Pruitt, then added scoring strikes of 18, 14, and 30 yards on three consecutive Benedictine drives spanning the second and third quarters.

Special Teams --- Mason Levake, Sr., P, St. Norbert College
Levake, a senior punter, punted eight times in St. Norbert's 10-3 victory over Aurora, averaging 39.6 yards per attempt with two punts of 50 yards or more and two that landed inside the Spartans' 20-yard line. Due in part to Levake's efforts, Aurora was saddled with an average starting position of its own 28-yard line.
