Nico Picha (Naperville, Ill.) and Rockford University junior
Wesley Pritzlaff (Milwaukee, Wis.) have been named Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) Men's Soccer Student-Athletes of the Week for the week of Sept. 28-Oct. 4, 2026, as selected by the league's athletics communications professionals.
This is the second consecutive NACC weekly honor for Picha.
Defense --- Wesley Pritzlaff, Jr., GK, Rockford University
Pritzlaff, a junior goalkeeper, anchored Rockford's defensive effort during a 1-0-1 week, posting a total of 17 saves. He faced a heavy barrage of 27 shots during the week, posting a 0.50 goals-against average and a .944 save percentage to secure a vital four points in the conference standings. Pritzlaff was a part of a combined shutout in a 1-0 victory at Wisconsin Lutheran on Oct. 3 as he was removed from the game with just 49 seconds to play.
Offense --- Nico Picha, Sr., F, Milwaukee School of Engineering
PIcha, a senior forward, tallied two goals in just 46 minutes as MSOE opened the week with a 6-0 win at Marian on Sept. 30. He followed that up with the Raiders' lone goal just 5:35 into a 1-1 draw against Benedictine on Oct. 3.
