MILWAUKEE, Wis. (naccsports.org) --- Aurora University seniors Megan Kobelt (Walkerton, Ind.) and Christian Wakeford (Lakewood, Ill.) have been named Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) Golf Student-Athletes of the Week for the week of April 13-19, 2026, as selected by the league's athletics communications professionals.

This is Kobelt's second NACC weekly honor this season.

Men --- Christian Wakeford, Sr., Aurora University
Wakeford, a senior, won the Lake Forest Forester Spring Invitational with a 36-hole score of 6-under 138 after firing rounds of 70 and 68. Earlier in the week, he finished seventh at the Morningstar Masters hosted by Wisconsin Lutheran, posting a 142 total (69-73) over 36 holes. Wakeford averaged 70 strokes per round over the four rounds.

Women --- Megan Kobelt, Sr., Aurora University
Kobelt, a senior, tied for eighth at the weather-shortened UW-Whitewater Spring Classic after firing a 77 at Riverside Golf Course in Janesville, Wisconsin.
