KANSAS CITY, Mo. – United Soccer Coaches announced on Friday (Aug. 7) the College Team Academic Award winners, recognized for their exemplary performance in the classroom during the 2025-26 academic year.

A total of 801 soccer teams (338 men, 463 women) posted a team grade point average of 3.0 or higher, thereby earning the United Soccer Coaches Team Academic Award for the 2025-26 academic year. Of that total, 187 schools had both their men’s and women’s programs recognized.

Four Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) soccer programs received the honor - both programs from Dominican University, the Aurora University men's program, and the Rockford University women's program.

The Dominican women's program, led by Carlos Carrillo, had the highest team GPA of the quartet with a 3.56, followed by the Rockford women and Dominican men (both 3.27) and the Aurora men (3.15).
