Capshaw won the shot put (14.15 meters), finished third with a school record in the javelin (48.92 meters) and was 13th in the hammer throw (42.10 meters).

Hering scored points in all three events she entered and accounted for 17 of Edgewood's 46 points at the Wisconsin Private College Invite. Her best event was the 400-meter hurdles where she won the event with a time of 1:08.49, coming within a second of the school record. She then finished fourth in the 400-meter dash and placed seventh in the long jump. Her jump of 4.90 meters was only 0.03 meters off of the school record.

Davis led the CUC men to a third place finish at their own Cougar Invite last week. He won the long jump (23-0.50) and placed fourth in the javelin with a personal best of 150-11.00.

Allen helped CUC to fourth place finish at their own Cougar Invite last week. She broke the outdoor school record in the shot put by just over an inch with a throw of 38-9.5. Allen recorded a second personal best in the discus (124-2.0), finishing third.

Hackbarth placed second in the 110-meter hurdles with a time of 15.72 and placed third in the high jump with a jump of 1.80 meters at the Benedictine University Eagle Invite on Saturday.

Schmidt ran the 3,000-meter steeplechase for the first time and finished second out of seven participants at the Benedictine Eagle Invite. Her time of 12:42.07 beat the 2003 school-record time of 13:35.44 by 53 seconds.

At the Carroll Invitational, Diederich broke a school record in the 110 high hurdles with a time of 14.97. He also won the discus (137-10), placed second in the high hurdles (1.80m) and placed third in the javelin (46.69m).

Schommer set both a school and NAC record in the 5,000-meter run Friday at the UW-Whitewater Rex Foster Open. She finished second of eight in the event with a time of 18:06.13.

Merrell won the 100-meter (10.97), 200-meter (21.92) and long jump (6.92m) at the University of Chicago meet and accounted for 30 of the team's 63 points. All three of his winning marks are currently tops in the NAC this season.

Schumacher won the 1,500-meter run after placing first out of 23 competitors Saturday at the Carroll Invitational with a school-record time of 4:57.31 in the event. She also ran the final leg of the 4x400-meter relay, where the Warriors finished fifth out of 14 with another school-record time of 4:19.60.

Schumacher won the 800-meter run on Saturday at the Hanover College Invitational. She crossed the finish line in a school-record time of 2:23.12, also the NAC’s top time in the event this season.
