Jerrell Tribble, Benedictine University

Tribble helped lead the Eagles to the NAC tournament title with three wins last week. In the quarterfinals he had a season-high 28 points against Rockford. Tribble then led the Eagles in scoring with 20 points against Aurora in the semifinals, where he was 3-5 from behind the arc. He averaged 19.3 points and 6.7 rebounds per game while shooting 59 percent from the field in the tournament.

February 14-20

Austin Meier, MSOE

Meier averaged a double-double with 25.5 points and 12.5 rebounds per game in two victories for the Raiders last week. On Saturday, Meier scored 23 points and pulled down 11 rebounds in a 64-53 victory over Edgewood. In the game he became MSOE's all-time rebounding leader (873), as he passed the mark set by Brian Geurts in 1992. On Tuesday, Meier scored 28 points and 14 rebounds in a 55-50 victory at Dominican.

Cameron Snelling, Benedictine University

Snelling helped the Eagles remain in first in the NAC South and collected his 13th and 14th double-doubles of the season, including his 10th double-double in a row. He had a game-high 19 rebounds against Rockford and scored a game and season-high 29 points against Dominican.

Faurote started the two-game week with 26 points off the bench at Lakeland in a game where he went 11-for-15 from the floor. The junior then poured in 17 points, grabbed a career-high 14 rebounds and tied a career-best with eight assists, coming only two assists away from a triple-double, in a victory over Aurora. For the week he almost averaged a double-double, scoring 21.5 points and grabbing 9.5 rebounds per game.

Stein averaged 20.0 points and 18.3 rebounds in three games last week and has now collected a league-leading 15 double-doubles this season. Stein's 28 rebounds against Northland International set a new single-game NAC record.

Malone recorded career highs of 40 points and 16 rebounds in a 75-73 win over Concordia Chicago where his final rebounds and point helped seal the victory. Malone followed that up with a 23 point effort at Concordia Wisconsin. He averaged 31.5 points and 11.0 rebounds per game for the week.

Meier averaged 22.5 points and 11.5 rebounds while he picked up his eighth and ninth double-doubles of the season. He scored 24 points and pulled down 12 rebounds in a 82-71 victory over Concordia Chicago on Tuesday. In a 84-62 loss to Concordia Wisconsin Saturday, Meier led all scorers with 21 points and snagged 11 rebounds. He also nabbed four steals in the Raider loss.

Regal led the Muskies to three straight wins, including a nine-point win over Rockford in which he scored a career-high 31 points and pulled in six rebounds. On the week he averaged 18.3 points, 6.7 assists and 5.3 rebounds per game while shooting nearly 70 percent (16-of-23) from the field.

Green led the Eagles to a championship at the 2010 Bluejay Classic with a pair of wins over Elmhurst and Calvin and was named the tournament MVP. Against Elmhurst he scored a game-high 17 points and also had eight rebounds, seven assists and five steals. Green also had a game-high 22 points against Calvin.

Stinson broke his own school record draining 10 3-pointers in a 100-72 win over North Central (Minn.) on Saturday. He also led Rockford with a career-high 38 points in the victory.

Stein had two double-doubles in two conference games last week as he averaged 17.5 points and 18.0 rebounds per game. In a victory against Wisconsin Lutheran, Stein scored 21 points and grabbed 20 rebounds.

Malone continued his solid play leading the Regents to a 2-0 week. He led the Regents in a win over Aurora his second 30-point, 13-rebound performance of the season. He also recorded 28 points, nine rebounds and four steals in a victory over Marian on Saturday.

Malone averaged 22.3 points and 8.7 rebounds to lead the Regents last week. His week was highlighted by a 30-point, 13-rebound performance in a nonconference victory over Knox on Wednesday.

Newton-Kemp helped the falcons defeat UW-La Crosse and Dubuque this past week as he averaged 26.0 points 6.0 rebounds and 4.0 steals in three games. He put up 30 points in the 100-82 win over Dubuque and followed it up with 33 points in an 80-75 loss to Carroll the next night.
