Shiels won the 5000-meter run in a school-record time of 15:14.36 on Saturday at the UW-Oshkosh Invitational. The Warriors finished fifth at the meet.

Smith ran the lead leg (1200 meters) of BU's school record Distance Medley Relay (erasing an 11-year old previous school record in the event). The DMR was clocked at 13:29.6. Smith was also 9th in the 800 meters with a personal best 2:36.4.

Berger narrowly missed his first victory of the season in the 400 meter dash, placing second with a time of 52.51 and just 18 hundredths of a second behind Damon Morris of Truman State at the Knox College Invitational last Saturday. Berger ran the second leg of the 1600 sprint medley relay as Edgewood College took first place by more than seven seconds. He also finished fifth in the 200 meter dash (23.84) and garnered team points in all three of his events, helping Edgewood College to a fifth place team finish.

Hannah Miller, Benedictine University

In the mile run, Miller was only defeated by a pair of Division I runners as she lopped 8 seconds off her own school record. Miller also finished 8th and set a personal record in the 3,000 meters (knocking 21 seconds off of her previous best effort) and was the top finisher from among NAC schools.

Evan Hackbarth, Aurora
...6-0...Sophomore...Dixon, Ill. (Dixon)...
Hackbarth was the lone Spartan competitor at the Illinois Wesleyan University Pentathlon. He finished second in the pentathlon with a school record point tally of 3,426. The score qualifies him for the NCAA Division III National Indoor Track & Field Championships in the pentathlon.

Emily Goss, Wisconsin Lutheran College
...5-8...Senior...Neenah, Wis. (Fox Valley Lutheran)...
Goss broke her own school record in the 20-pound weight throw with a toss of 12.52 meters, good for 17th place in a field of 39 competitors. She also placed 20th out of 38 in the shot put with a throw of 9.93 meters at the UW-Stevens Point - EastBay Pointer Invitational.

Seniuk took first in both the 400 meter dash (50.12) and the 200 meter dash (22.91) at the University of Chicago Duals this past weekend. MSOE was 7-3 overall at the Duals with losses to University of Chicago, North Central and University of Illinois-Chicago.

Koslowski broke a school record in the 400 meter dash last Saturday at the Northern Challenge. The sophomore ran a time of 106.47 to place 9th in the event. Koslowski also placed 11th in the 800 meter run with a time of 2:48.70.

Seniuk placed first in the 400 meter dash with a time of 49.45 at the UW-Whitewater Invitational on Saturday, Jan. 24. His time was good enough to be a NCAA provisional qualifier in the event. The Raiders placed third of 12 teams at the event.

Mueller turned in a time of 6:26.56 in the mile placing 11th in the event and falling just 14 seconds of scoring with an 8th place finish at the UW-Whitewater Invitational last weekend.

At the Private School Invitational hosted by Carthage College, Weborg's fourth place long jump of 6.67 meters broke the MSOE school record. The Raiders placed fourth of nine teams at the event.
