MILWAUKEE, Wis. (naccsports.org) --- Marian University freshman Yinan Lu (Qindao, China) has been named Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) Women's Golf Student-Athlete of the Week for the week of Oct. 2-8, 2023, as selected by the league's athletics communications professionals.

This is the fourth NACC weekly honor for Lu this season.

Lu, a freshman, fired rounds of 79 and 78 to post the low individual total (147) over the final 36 holes of the 2023 NACC Women's Golf Championships. Lu won medalist honors for the full 72-hole championship event with a 310 total on the strength of four rounds in the 70s. She also captured Freshman of the Year honors as the low freshman in the field.
