MILWAUKEE, Wis. (naccsports.org) --- Milwaukee School of Engineering senior Mason Dopirak (Manitowoc, Wis.) has been named Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) Men's Basketball Student-Athlete of the Week for the week of Jan. 5-11, 2026, as selected by the league's athletics communications professionals.

This is the second time this season Dopirak has been named NACC Men's Basketball Student-Athlete of the Week

Dopirak, a senior guard, averaged 30.5 points in two games last week, kicking things off with a double-double performance in an 85-82 overtime victory over Dominican. He scored 23 points against the Stars - 11 in the extra session - and pulled down 10 rebounds. Dopirak then dropped a career-high 38 points on 12-of-18 shooting in a 99-68 win against Concordia Chicago. He tallied 26 of his career-high total in the first half. During the week, Dopirak shot 49 percent (17-of-35) from the field, drained four of six 3-pointers, and connected on 91 percent (21-of-23) of his attempts at the free-throw line. He also totaled 18 rebounds, four steals, and three assists.
