NORTHBOROUGH, Mass. --- Seven Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) women's lacrosse programs and 31 student-athletes were recognized for their work in the classroom as the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) announced its 2025-26 Division III Academic Honor Roll (individuals) and Academic Honor Squads (teams).
Aurora University, Concordia University Wisconsin, Cornell College, Edgewood University, Illinois Institute of Technology, Lake Forest College, and Lawrence University were among the 357 schools across NCAA Divisions I, II, and III, and the NAIA as IWLCA Academic Honor Squads for the 2025-26 academic year. To qualify for this prestigious honor, the women’s lacrosse team must have posted a 3.2 or higher team GPA for the academic year.
The IWLCA also honored 1,350 student-athletes from 174 different institutions on the 2025-26 IWLCA Division III Academic Honor Roll. Included in that total are 31 student-athletes representing nine of the NACC's 10 women's lacrosse-sponsoring institutions. Concordia Wisconsin and Lake Forest each had five players recognized, while Aurora, Illinois Tech, Lawrence, and Milwaukee School of Engineering had four apiece. Edgewood had three honorees, while Cornell College and Marian University each had one. To be eligible for this honor, student-athletes must be a junior, senior, or graduate student and have earned a cumulative academic GPA of 3.50 or greater.
