MILWAUKEE, Wis. (naccsports.org) --- Edgewood University senior Sophia Perret (Green Bay, Wis.) has been named Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) Women's Tennis Student-Athlete of the Week for the period of Aug. 29-Sept. 6, 2026, as selected by the league's athletics communications professionals.

Perret, a senior, claimed an 8-2 record during the Eagles' opening 10 days of action. She went 4-1 in singles action, including a perfect 3-0 against conference opponents. Perrett added a 4-1 mark in doubles play, which again included a 3-0 mark against NACC opponents. Against Loras, Perrett claimed a convincing 6-2, 6-2 win at No. 4 singles. In the first two weeks, Perrett has only dropped two sets in singles play.
