MILWAUKEE, Wis. (naccsports.org) --- Concordia University Wisconsin senior Nick Klein (Rome City, Ind.) and Wisconsin Lutheran College sophomore Jakota Hase (Charlotte, N.C.) and junior Jalen Perera (Milwaukee, Wis.) have been named Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) Football Student-Athletes of the Week for the week of Sept. 7-13, 2026, as selected by the league's athletics communications professionals.

Defense --- Jalen Perera, Jr., LB, Wisconsin Lutheran College
Perera delivered a standout defensive performance in the Wisconsin Lutheran’s 25-24 come-from-behind win over Ripon on Sept. 12. The junior linebacker tied for the game high with eight tackles, including seven solo stops, while adding two tackles for loss and the first interception of his career. His effort helped WLC rally from a 24-12 fourth-quarter deficit and secure its first 2-0 start to a season since 2012.

Offense --- Jakota Hase, So., WR, Wisconsin Lutheran College
Hase delivered a career performance, hauling in career-highs of seven receptions, 138 yards, and four touchdown catches to lead the Warriors to a 25-24 comeback win over Ripon on Sept. 12. The sophomore wide receiver, who was responsible for all four WLC touchdowns, hauled in passes of 29, 49, 26, and 2 yards for scores, with his final 2-yard touchdown catch coming with 3:35 remaining to give Wisconsin Lutheran the lead after overcoming a 12-point fourth-quarter deficit. His four touchdown catches are the second-most in a single game in program history and helped the Warriors improve to 2-0 for the first time since 2012.

Special Teams --- Nick Klein, Sr., PK, Concordia University Wisconsin
Klein, a senior placekicker, was a perfect 6-for-6 in extra-point opportunites and made two field goals (26, 36) in Concordia Wisconsin's 48-13 victory over Martin Luther.
