MILWAUKEE, Wis. (naccsports.org) --- Concordia University Chicago senior Garry Maynard (Oswego, Ill.) and Marian University graduate student Jonah Landowski (Oconomowoc, Wis.) have been named Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) Baseball Student-Athletes of the Week for the week of April 10-16, 2023, as selected by the league's athletics communications directors.

This is the second consecutive week Landowski has been recognized.

Pitcher --- Jonah Landowski, gr., LHP, Marian University
Landowski, a southpaw graduate student, twirled a one-hit shutout to lead Marian past Illinois Tech, 13-0, in seven innings to salvage a doubleheader split. He struck out nine and faced just four over the minimum to earn his third win of the season.

Position Player --- Garry Maynard, sr., OF, Concordia University Chicago
Maynard, a senior outfielder, hit .556 (11-of-18) with a 1.444 slugging percentage over five games last week as the Cougars posted a 4-1 mark. He had four home runs, four doubles, 12 RBIs, and 11 runs scored overall. Maynard's highlight game of the week came in game one of a doubleheader against Wisconsin Lutheran on April 10 when he had four hits, including a pair of home runs, drove in seven, and scored four times.
