MILWAUKEE, Wis. (naccsports.org) --- Thirty-four student-athletes representing 10 Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) women's volleyball programs have been named to the 2024 Academic All-District® teams, selected by College Sports Communicators (CSC, formerly CoSIDA).

The award recognizes the nation’s top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes women's volleyball honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III, and the NAIA.

Seven NACC programs -- Benedictine University, Concordia University Chicago, Concordia University Wisconsin, Edgewood College, Illinois Institute of Technology, St. Norbert College, and Wisconsin Lutheran College -- each had a league-best four individuals honored, while Rockford University had three, Lakeland University two, and Milwaukee School of Engineering one.

Academic All-District® honorees were considered for advancement to the CSC Academic All-America® ballot. Student-athletes selected as CSC Academic All-America® finalists are denoted with an asterisk and will advance to the national ballot to be voted on by CSC members. First-, second- and third-team Academic All-America® honorees will be announced January 14, 2025.

The Division III CSC Academic All-America® program is partially financially supported by the NCAA Division III national governance structure to assist CSC with handling the awards fulfillment aspects for the 2024-25 Division III Academic All-America® program.
