MILWAUKEE, Wis. --- Thirty-five Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) baseball student-athletes representing nine institutions have been recognized for their combined performances on the diamond and in the classroom by College Sports Communicators (CSC), which recently released its 2024 Academic All-District® baseball teams for NCAA Division III.
Academic All-District® honorees were considered for advancement to the CSC Academic All-America® ballot. Student-athletes selected as CSC Academic All-America® finalists are denoted with an asterisk (*) and will advance to the national ballot to be voted on by CSC members. First-, second- and third-team Academic All-America® honorees will be announced July 2, 2024.
Aurora University, Benedictine University, Concordia University Chicago, and Illinois Institute of Technology each had five individuals recognized, while Concordia University Wisconsin and Marian University had four honorees, Rockford University had three, and Edgewood College and St. Norbert College had two apiece.
The Division III CSC Academic All-America® program is partially financially supported by the NCAA Division III national governance structures to assist CSC with handling the awards fulfillment aspects for the 2023-24 Division III Academic All-America® program.
