Jordan Rolon (St. Charles, Ill.) and Illinois Institute of Technology freshman
Mateo Secaira (San José, Costa Rica) have been named Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) Men's Soccer Student-Athletes of the Week for the week of Oct. 13-19, 2025 as selected by the league's athletics communications professionals.
Defense --- Jordan Rolon, So., GK, Benedictine University
Rolon, a sophomore goalkeeper, allowed just one goal in a pair of positive results for Benedictine. He opened the week with one save and a clean sheet in a scoreless draw with Concordia Chicago. Rolon added five saves in a 2-1 win over Marian.
Offense --- Mateo Secaira, Fr., F, Illinois Institute of Technology
Secaira, a freshman forward, led the Scarlet Hawks offensively last week as he was on the stat sheet for both Illinois Tech goals. He assisted on Illinois Tech's lone goal in a 1-1 draw at Dominican on Oct. 15, then scored the only goal in the Scarlet Hawks' 1-0 victory over MSOE on Oct. 18. Secaira beat two MSOE defenders before finding the back of the net for his game-winning tally in the 84th minute.
