Aurora's McLellan, Nonhof Named AVCA All-Region

LEXINGTON, Ky. --- The American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) announced the 2025 Men's Volleyball postseason awards. Aurora University outside hitter Josh McLellan and libero Alex Nonhof were selected Region IV All-Region for their respective performances during the 2025 season.

Last week the pair earned top honors from the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference with McLellan being named the NACC Player of the Year and Nonhof the Defensive Player of the Year and both earned First-Team All-Conference selections as well.

McLellan has played in 28 of 29 matches for AU, recording 393 kills (4.01 per set) while posting a .300 hitting percentage. He has also contributed 134 digs, 40 blocks (four solo), 18 service aces, and six assists.

Nonhof has played in all of AU's matches on the season, posting 287 digs (2.99 per set) and 57 assists.

Next action for the Spartan men's volleyball team comes on Friday, April 18 when they play in the 2025 NCAA Division III Men's Volleyball Championship. AU travels to Carthage College and will take on Carthage with opening serve is slated for 4:00 p.m. in Kenosha, Wisconsin.
