MILWAUKEE, Wis. – MSOE athletic director
Bill Massoels has announced the hiring of
Malachi Allgood as the head coach of the women's cross country and track & field programs.
"We are excited to have Malachi join the Raider Family" said Massoels. "He brings valuable knowledge competing and coaching in the NACC and will be an excellent addition to our department and coaching staff."
No stranger to the NACC, Allgood comes to Milwaukee from Concordia University Chicago where he was the head cross country coach and assistant track & field coach since August 2022. During his time with the Cougars, the women finished as high as seventh in cross country at the conference championship and sixth in track. The men finished as high as ninth in cross country and fifth in track & field, with Austin Knight being named Track Athlete of the Meet at the outdoor championship in 2025.
"I'm super appreciative of the support and belief from Bill Massoels and the rest of the hiring committee for trusting me to take over the women's program and I'm excited to build on an already solid group of athletes" – Allgood.
Prior to Concordia Chicago, Allgood was the head coach at Dominican University and the assistant coach at Lake Forest College. Allgood graduated from Concordia Chicago in 2018 with a bachelor's degree in English.
