LOUISVILLE, Ky. – The United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (USILA) announced its 2025 NCAA Division III Men's All-American teams on Thursday morning, with Concordia Wisconsin's Max Esposito earning Honorable Mention recognition for the second consecutive season.

The senior attackman from Gaithersburg, Maryland, delivered another standout campaign, leading the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference in both points per game at 5.60 and assists per game at 3.75. Nationally, he ranked ninth in both categories.

Esposito started all 20 games for the Falcons and totaled 49 goals and 63 assists for 112 points. He recorded seven hat tricks and six games with five or more assists, while adding 31 ground balls and eight caused turnovers. He finished with a 68.3 shot-on-goal percentage, placing 68 of his 99 shots on target. Among his top performances, he dished out eight assists against Carroll on April 7 and registered nine points in a win over Beloit on April 12.

His consistent excellence earned him recognition as a USA Lacrosse Magazine All-America Honorable Mention, the NACC Offensive Player of the Year, a First Team All-NACC selection, and a member of the All-NACC Tournament Team. He was also named to the USILA Division III National Team of the Week on April 17 and twice selected as the NACC Offensive Player of the Week on April 16 and April 23.

Esposito is one of two student-athletes from the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference to receive USILA honors in 2025, joined by Aurora's Ben Strub.

In addition, Esposito was selected to compete in the prestigious USILA Senior All-Star Game. He is the lone representative from the NACC and will suit up for the South team in the Division III contest. The game will be held at Roger Williams University on Friday, May 23, with faceoff scheduled for 4:00 p.m.

Esposito becomes the first player in Concordia Wisconsin program history to earn USILA All-American honors in back-to-back seasons, cementing his place among the Falcons' all-time greats.
