CSC Announces Academic All-District® Basketball Teams

MILWAUKEE, Wis. --- The 2024-25 Academic All-District® Basketball teams, selected by College Sports Communicators (CSC, formerly CoSIDA), recognize the nation’s top student-athletes for their combined performances on the court and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes basketball honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.

A total of 48 student-athletes - 34 women and 14 men - were recognized from 11 Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) schools. Concordia University Wisconsin led all NACC institutions with seven honorees (four women, three men), while Aurora University (2M/3W), Edgewood College (1M/4W), Illinois Institute of Technology (1M/4W), Milwaukee School of Engineering (3M/2W), and St. Norbert College (1M/4W) each had five. Lakeland University (4W) and Wisconsin Lutheran College (1M/3W) both had four selections, Benedictine University (3W) and Marian University (1M/2W) had three, and Rockford University (1M/1W) had two.

Academic All-District® honorees were considered for advancement to the CSC Academic All-America® ballot.

Student-athletes selected as CSC Academic All-America® finalists are denoted with an asterisk and will advance to the national ballot to be voted on by CSC members. First-, second- and third-team Academic All-America® honorees will be announced April 16, 2025.

The Division III CSC Academic All-America® programs are partially financially supported by the NCAA Division III national governance structure to assist CSC with handling the awards fulfillment aspects for the 2024-25 Divisions III Academic All-America® programs.
