NACC Women's Soccer Weekly Honors to Illinois Tech's Hitchcock, Rockford's Rose

MILWAUKEE, Wis. (naccsports.org) --- Illinois Institute of Technology graduate student Kelly Hitchcock (Scottsdale, Ariz.) and Rockford University sophomore Lily Rose (Laurelville, Ohio) have been named Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) Women's Soccer Student-Athletes of the Week for the week of Sept. 15-21, 2025, as selected by the league's athletics communications professionals.

Offense --- Kelly Hitchcock, Gr., F/M, Illinois Institute of Technology
Hitchcock, a graduate forward, scored three goals last week as the Scarlet Hawks opened NACC play with a pair of shutouts. She registered one goal in just 49 minutes on the pitch against Aurora on Sept. 17, then added two goals in a 3-0 win over St. Norbert Sept. 20. Hitchcock's three goals came in just six shots on goal and just six shots overall. Despite missing two of Illinois Tech's seven fixtures, she is tied for the team lead in both points (nine) and goals (four).

Defense --- Lily Rose, So., GK, Rockford University
Rose, a sophomore goalkeeper, accumulated 22 saves with a .957 save percentage, effectively keeping the Regents in a 1-0 loss at Concordia Chicago to open conference play.
