MILWAUKEE, Wis. (naccsports.org) --- Lakeland University senior Ryan Figi (Hartland, Wis.) and junior Maleigha Kovalaske (Ripon, Wis.) have been named Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) Women's Volleyball Student-Athletes of the Week for the week of Oct. 19-25, 2026, as selected by the league's athletics communications professionals.

Defense --- Ryan Figi, Sr., DS/L, Lakeland University
Figi, a senior libero, posted a career-high 34 digs as Lakeland rallied from two sets down and down 22-18 in the third set to defeat Illinois Tech in five sets Oct. 22. She added 22 digs in a five-set win over Concordia Wisconsin two days later.

Offense --- Maleigha Kovalaske, Jr., OH, Lakeland University
Kovalaske, a junior outside hitter, set a career high with 22 kills in a five-set reverse sweep win at Illinois Tech on Oct. 22, including four kills at the end of the third set as the Muskies came back from down 22-18 to score the final seven points of the set to extend the match. She then added 20 kills in another five-set win Oct. 24 against Concordia Wisconsin. Kovalaske averaged 4.2 kills per set while posting a .192 hitting percentage.
