CUW's Keiper, Shadoski Named NACC Softball Student-Athletes of the Week

MILWAUKEE, Wis. (naccsports.org) --- Concordia University Wisconsin junior Jenna Shadoski (Janesville, Wis.) and freshman Faith Keiper (Tomball, Texas) have been named Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) Softball Student-Athletes of the Week for the week of Feb. 16-22, 2026, as selected by the league's athletics communications professionals.

Pitcher --- Faith Keiper, Fr., P, Concordia University Wisconsin
Keiper, a freshman, made three appearances for the Falcons to open her collegiate career, picking up her first victory in the season opener against Hamline. She threw four hitless innings against the Pipers, striking out two and walking two. Keiper threw one inning of relief in a 4-1 loss to No. 5 Saint Mary's (Minn.), then struck out five while scattering four hits and a walk in a complete-game effort as CUW fell to Carleton, 2-0.

Position Player --- Jenna Shadoski, Jr., OF, Concordia University Wisconsin
Shadoski, a junior outfielder, hit .385 (5-of-13) while slugging .538 with five runs scored, five stolen bases, and an RBI as the Falcons split four games to open the season. In the season-opening, 10-3 win over Hamline, she went 2-for-4 with three runs scored and two stolen bases. Shadoski hit a triple in a 4-1 loss to No. 5 Saint Mary's (Minn.), then posted a hit, drew a walk, stole two bases, and scored a run in a 3-2 win over Gustavus Adolphus.
